Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States. Orders with an address outside our shipping area can’t be completed at checkout.
Shipping cost and timing
Standard shipping is free on every order, including every Subscribe & Save delivery. Orders are handed to USPS within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after that. We email a tracking number when your order ships.
All sales are final
Because AmiLean is a personal-care product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach us through our contact page within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Subscriptions
You can cancel Subscribe & Save at any time through our contact page. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
